Frequently asked questions
The launchers name is Alto Lusso Casino Launcher. Click the windows button in the bottom left of your computer and search for that name or you can find it in the location you chose to install it.
(default is ProgramFiles(x86) /AltoLussoCasinoLauncher)
locate the launcher file where the program is installed (default is ProgramFiles(x86) /AltoLussoCasinoLauncher)
there will be an uninstal.exe
run the .exe and it will uninstall the game and launcher.
Currently, our product can only be downloaded on PC. You need to first login and then you will see a download button on the home page. Click the button. After the download is complete extract the files and run the .exe.
Sweepstake money can be transferred into real money but can only be attained through bonuses. Game money on the other hand cant be transferred into any prizes and is only there for fun.
Item money can only be used on cosmetics and you are rewarded some every game you play.
