Users can also obtain free sweepstakes tokens through mail-in. Mail-in must follow these specific guidelines.

1. Handwriting only: prohibit all printing. If any word is typed or not handwritten, the entry is void

2. Blank/unlined cards: require a (4x6) index card that must be unlined. 

3. One envelope = one entry: Every envelope can only contain one index card and is equal to one entry. An entry will reward 2 sweepstake tokens.

4. Participants must handwrite the return address on front of the envelope and the words “Token Request”; and

5. The following must be handwritten in the exact order on only one side of the index card inside the envelope.

   1. Full name as shown on their government-issued identification

   2. The customer's username is associated with their account.

   3. Their return/residential address 

   4. The email address is tied to their account

   5. The unique postcard code that is generated on the altolussocasino.com website

      1. Each index card must have its own unique code

   6. The following statement

      1. "I wish to receive free Sweepstake tokens for use on the Alto Lusso platform. In submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Alto Lusso's Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules. I certify that I am a resident of a permitted jurisdiction and am of legal age to participate."

6. Limit of one index card per envelope

7. Handwriting must be legible; if not, the entry is void, and chips will not be credited.

8. The request must be made by the participant and from the same state as the participant is verified.
