Game Rules

• Objective: bet on the hand you think will come closest to 9.
• Card values: cards 2 through 9 count at face value. Aces count as 1. 10, Jack, Queen, and King all count as 0.
• Minimum players: 2 (1 player plus the dealer).
• Baccarat is played with a simulated 8-deck shoe that is reshuffled after every round.
• To start, the player places a wager on either the Banker, the Player, or a Tie.
• The highest possible hand value in Baccarat is 9. If a hand's total exceeds 9, its value is the second digit of that total — for example, a total of 10 counts as 0, a total of 15 counts as 5, and a total of 23 counts as 3.
• Each hand is dealt 2 cards, starting with the Player and then the Banker. Depending on the totals, either hand may be dealt a third card, determined by the drawing chart below.
• If the player bets on the winning hand (Banker or Player), the bet pays 1:1.
• The Tie bet pays 8:1.
• Perfect Pair side bet: bets that either the Player's or Banker's opening two-card hand will be a pair of the same rank (Player and Banker can be bet on separately). A mixed-suit pair pays 5:1; a same-suit pair pays 25:1.
• Red/Black side bet: bets that your chosen hand (Player or Banker) will be dealt entirely in red cards (hearts and diamonds) or entirely in black cards (spades and clubs). All black pays 24:1; all red pays 22:1.
• Bellagio Match side bet: bets that either the Player or Banker will be dealt a three-of-a-kind hand (three cards of the same rank). Pays 75:1 if it happens on the Player hand, or 68:1 if it happens on the Banker hand.
