Game Rules
- Objective: flip tiles on a 5x5 board to find gems and cash out before you flip a mine.
- Starting a round: choose your bet amount and the number of mines (from 1 to 24), then press Bet. The rest of the 25 tiles are gems. Your bet is taken as the round starts.
- Flipping tiles: flip tiles one at a time. A gem raises your multiplier. A mine ends the round and you lose your bet.
- Cashing out: after at least one gem you can cash out at any time and receive your bet multiplied by the current multiplier. If you flip every gem on the board, the round pays out automatically at the top multiplier for your number of mines.
- The multiplier: it's the fair price of the risk you've taken, less a 1% house edge. If the chance of getting that far is P, the multiplier is 0.99 divided by P. The more mines you choose and the more gems you flip, the larger the multiplier grows. With 1 mine the first gem pays 1.03x; with 24 mines the single gem pays 24.75x; with 3 mines, clearing all 22 gems pays 2,277x.
- Return to player: every combination of mines and cash-out point returns about 99% on average, so cashing out early or late and choosing few or many mines only changes how bumpy the ride is.
- The mine positions are decided before your first flip and never change. Every tile is equally likely to hide a mine, and earlier rounds don't affect the next.
- Manual mode: flip tiles yourself, use Pick random tile for a random one, and press Cashout when you want to stop.
- Auto mode: choose the tiles to flip and a number of bets (0 keeps going until you stop it). Auto flips your tiles in order and cashes out each round. On Win and On Loss let you reset the bet or increase it by a percentage, and Stop on Profit and Stop on Loss end the run when you reach a total win or loss you set.
- The bet amount and the number of mines can't be changed while a round is in play or while Auto is running.
