Game Rules
- Objective: predict the result of three six-sided dice. You can bet on the total, on single faces, on matching dice (doubles and triples), or on pairs of faces. Sic Bo means 'precious dice' in Cantonese.
- Placing bets: pick a chip value and tap as many betting spots as you like. Tap a spot again to stack more chips on it. Undo, Clear and Rebet help you manage your bets before you roll. Min 1, max 500 per spot.
- Rolling: press Roll dice. All bets are settled at once on the result of the three dice, and every winning bet returns your stake plus its payout.
- Small: wins if the total is 4 to 10. Pays 1:1. Big: wins if the total is 11 to 17. Pays 1:1. Both Small and Big lose if the dice show any triple (for example 3-3-3), even though the total is in range.
- Single number: bet on one face, 1 to 6. Pays 1:1 if it shows on one die, 2:1 if it shows on two dice, and 3:1 if it shows on all three.
- Double: bet that a specific face shows on at least two of the dice. Pays 10:1.
- Specific triple: bet that all three dice show the same chosen face (for example 5-5-5). Pays 180:1.
- Any triple: bet that all three dice show the same face, whichever face it is. Pays 30:1.
- Total: bet on the exact sum of the dice. 4 or 17 pays 60:1, 5 or 16 pays 30:1, 6 or 15 pays 17:1, 7 or 14 pays 12:1, 8 or 13 pays 8:1, and 9, 10, 11 or 12 pay 6:1. Totals of 3 and 18 can only be made by a triple, so they are not offered.
- Two-dice combination: bet on two different faces (for example 2 and 5). Wins if both faces show among the three dice. Pays 5:1. There are 15 combinations.
- House edge: it varies by bet. Small and Big are the lowest at about 2.8%. Singles are about 7.9%, totals range from about 9.7% (7 and 14) to 19% (9 and 12), any triple is about 13.9%, combinations about 16.7%, specific triples about 16.2%, and doubles about 18.5%. Small and Big are the best value bets.
- Each roll is independent. Hot and cold streaks don't change the odds, and the roll is decided before the dice tumble on screen.
